A new attraction is a serious investment. The supplier you pick decides whether it opens on time, survives daily public use and actually pays back. Here are seven questions to ask before you sign.
1. Is it truly turnkey?
Ask whether one partner covers concept, manufacturing, shipping, installation and staff training — or whether you will be left coordinating several vendors.
2. Can it be built around my space?
Good attractions are modular and designed to your footprint and ceiling height, not forced from a fixed template.
3. What materials and safety standards?
For a mirror maze, that means reinforced shatterproof mirrors and robust framing built for years of public traffic.
4. What is the throughput and staffing?
The best attractions move large crowds with one or two operators. Ask for realistic capacity per hour and running costs.
5. Do they have a real track record?
Ask for completed projects and clients. Our exhibits already power leading venues and brands, including KidZania — see our work.
6. Will they model the payback?
A serious partner will build a payback model around your footfall and ticket price, whether you are an operator or a developer or investor.
7. What happens after opening?
Ask about warranty, spare parts and support. An attraction is a long-term asset, not a one-off purchase.
